All financial transactions on lodibet365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lodibet365 accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits are credited to a Player's lodibet365 account upon confirmed clearance from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount on lodibet365 is ₱100 per transaction.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player through the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity on file with lodibet365. Third-party deposits — including payments from accounts belonging to other persons — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

lodibet365 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are the responsibility of the Player and are outside lodibet365's control.

Withdrawals from your lodibet365 account are available to fully KYC-verified players with a clear real-money balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically and operationally possible.

• GCash and PayMaya: Approximately 5 minutes under normal operating conditions during processing hours.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): 1–3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution's processing cycle.

lodibet365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation from any Player prior to processing a withdrawal. This may include updated proof of identity, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending compliance.

Any active wagering requirements associated with a bonus balance must be fulfilled in full before the corresponding winnings are released for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement remains incomplete will require the Player to either forfeit the bonus and associated winnings, or complete the requirement before proceeding.

lodibet365 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds, as published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses credited to a lodibet365 account are held in a separate bonus balance and tracked independently from real-money funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20× to 35× the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.

lodibet365's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits lodibet365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

lodibet365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, and to withhold or forfeit account balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other lodibet365 policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification requirements.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or collusion.
• Account identified as belonging to a minor (person under 21 years).
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Players may close their lodibet365 account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to lodibet365 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account without penalty prior to the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Act and relevant Republic Acts governing online commerce and data privacy.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of lodibet365, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Any unresolved dispute thereafter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
